Boudica - or Boudicca or Boedicea - is one of the people we can identify from amongst the inhabitants of Norfolk in the first century AD. Today we can see one artists interpretation of her by looking at her statue on the Embankment in London. It is just on the other side of the road from the Houses of Parliament.

The artist for the statue has created a powerful image of Boudica. But how much do we really know about her? Use the book 'Celtic Fire and Roman Rule' to discover how much we do know. Write one sentence to answer each of these questions.
