We've published a number of titles looking at places in Norfolk in the Second World War. 'Norwich at War' is now back in print in a new edition. The titles provide authoritative records of the events leading up to the outbreak of war in 1939 and the way the war affected the inhabitants of the towns. They also record the arrival of many others in Norfolk - the soldiers, sailors and airmen of the armed forces of both the United Kingdom and the USA. |
